 1. Escalation between Israel and Iran

Israel launched its largest-ever air operation," Operation Rising Lion, "targeting over 100 Iranian military and nuclear facilities, including Natanz and Fordow. Several top IRGC commanders, including, Hossein Salami, were reportedly killed. Iran responsed with over 100 ballistic missiles and 100 drones under Operation True Promise III, hitting key cities including Tel Aviv and Haifa. At least 3 Israeli civilians were killed, with more than 90 injured.
